About this film
The AI agent answers your customers from what you enter. This film goes through Business Information one section at a time: the profile, the AI agent's page, Knowledge, Products, services and Images. Then a customer asks about a coffee, and you see the price, the photo and the advice all come from what you entered.
What the film shows
- In the business profile you add your name, time zone and reply language.
- You choose the AI agent's name and tone, and write its behaviour rules and the topics it does not discuss.
- You set when a customer is handed to a member of staff, and write the fallback reply.
- You upload or write your documents, and add products one at a time or import them from a file.
- You choose which services the AI agent mentions, and name each picture the way your customers ask for it.
What the film says

- The AI agent answers your customers from what you enter in Business Information on ChatSheba.
- In the business profile: your business's name, as the AI agent says it,
- and the time zone, so it knows the date and time where you are, and the reply language for when the customer's language is unclear.
- On the AI agent's page you choose its name and its tone, and write the behaviour rules and the topics it does not discuss.
- And you set when the customer is handed to a member of staff, from a ready list or with cases you write.
- And you write the fallback reply that is sent to the customer if an error occurs while it replies.
- Then, in the Knowledge section, you upload your documents or write them, and the AI agent answers from them.
- In the Products section you add what you sell one item at a time, with its price, its availability and a picture from the gallery,
- or you import it from a CSV file. And the AI agent quotes no price except from Products.
- You choose which of your services it mentions to your customers, and hide the rest.
- In the Images section you name each picture the way your customers ask for it; by that name it finds it.
- Then Khaled, one of your customers, asks about a light-roast coffee and its price.
- The AI agent answers him with the price written in your Products, then sends the photo of the bag.
- He asks whether it suits drip brewing, and it answers him from the brewing guide you uploaded, and suggests the right grind size.
- The price, the photo and the advice: all of it from what you entered.
